Awwwww. I always feel like middle of the night annoyances are at least 10x more annoying and dire-feeling just because it's the middle of the night and you're half asleep. You have definitely captured that well.
And, this single friend still has to share her bed with a blanket-hog of a cat who frequently lays on me and refuses to move even when I try to roll over, so it's not always greener on the other side... :)
